A fire door inspection should give you a clear picture of each doorset’s condition and any work needed. We can coordinate inspections through trusted inspection partners, who check the doorset and associated components, identify defects and provide a clear report of their findings.
For certain multi-occupied residential buildings over 11 metres, the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 require communal fire doors to be checked at least every three months, with flat entrance fire doors checked at least every 12 months.
Once issues are identified, we carry out repairs and remedial works in-house, from door gap adjustments and seal replacement to hinge, closer, ironmongery and frame repairs. This gives landlords and property managers a straightforward route from inspection through to repairs and ongoing maintenance.
