Do I need planning permission for a loft conversion?
In many cases, loft conversions fall under permitted development rights and don’t require planning permission. However, this depends on the type of conversion, your property type, and whether you live in a conservation area. We’ll advise on the necessary permissions during your initial consultation and handle any application needed.
How long does a loft conversion take?
Most loft conversions take around 6–10 weeks on site once approvals are in place. We’ll give you a realistic timeline with your quote and keep you updated throughout.
Is my loft suitable for conversion?

Can I live in my house during the loft conversion?
